Buffalo Commons Brewing Co. Beer
IPA Never Say Never
I thought it would never happen!
I resisted brewing an IPA for almost three years. Finally I caved but I wanted to brew one that would leave me craving another. Never Say Never is just that, it’s got 67 IBU and 6.4% ABV, so there’s plenty of malt to back up all those hops. – Ted Hoffman, Brewer
Salem Sue Stout
The first batch of Buffalo Commons beer ever brewed
Inspired by Linda’s hometown, New Salem, hosting the largest milk cow statue in the U.S. The Salem Sue Stout is your perfect combination of chocolate and roasted barley with a hint of flaked oats and lactose. This semi sweet stout doesn’t drink as dark as it pours.
Summer: Sour with No Name
Pucker up!
Just in case you haven’t heard, we have a beer available at the brewery and ready for distribution. ‘Sour With No Name’ is a kettle soured Berliner Weisse that’s tart and refreshing. At 3.8% ABV and 18 IBU it’s the perfect summer quencher. If you’re new to sour beers, the first taste is going to be completely foreign to you, but give it a chance and take 4-5 sips before you decide. It will grow on you. Available now, so when you’re visiting your favorite watering hole, be sure to ask for it by name!
Buffalo Commons Brown Ale
