Buffalo Commons Brewing Co. Beer
IPA Never Say Never
I thought it would never happen!
I resisted brewing an IPA for almost three years. Finally I caved but I wanted to brew one that would leave me craving another. Never Say Never is just that, it’s got 67 IBU and 6.4% ABV, so there’s plenty of malt to back up all those hops. – Ted Hoffman, Brewer
Salem Sue Stout
The first batch of Buffalo Commons beer ever brewed
Inspired by Linda’s hometown, New Salem, hosting the largest milk cow statue in the U.S. The Salem Sue Stout is your perfect combination of chocolate and roasted barley with a hint of flaked oats and lactose. This semi sweet stout doesn’t drink as dark as it pours.
Northern Border Pale Ale
As northern as they come, ya don’t cha know.
Northern Border Pale Ale is a blend of Summit, American Goldings, and Glacier hops resulting in a balanced hop bomb that is borderline IPA…hence the name. Ted’s favorite!
Buffalo Commons Brown Ale
Our signature beer!
Buffalo Commons Brown Ale is an Americanized twist of an English Mild. This beer is the ideal combination between dark and light brown ales, making it perfect for the everyday craft beer drinker.
Honey Blonde Ale
Tastes like North Dakota!
Our Honey Blonde ale is brewed with 100% North Dakota drown and malted barley from Two Track Malting Company and locally sourced honey
Rusty’s Red Ale
This one’s for you Dad!
Rusty’s Red Ale is Linda’s first brew and she brewed it in memory of her Dad. Nicknamed Rusty (because of his red hair), it had to be a red ale and the only spice he ever used was pepper so we decided to add cracked peppercorn to the brew.
It’s a smooth, easy drinking red ale that comes in at 4.5 ABV and 23 IBU.
We think Rusty would be proud to have his name on this beer.
